Apprentice Training in Indian Railways is a program aimed at providing practical training to individuals in various railway-related trades. It typically requires candidates to have completed their education up to the 10th grade or hold an ITI certification. The training duration varies from six months to three years and includes a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on experience. A range of trades is offered, and upon completion, apprentices receive a certificate that boosts their employability. While the program does not guarantee a job, it enhances the chances of employment within Indian Railways or other sectors, contributing to skill development in the workforce.
